I’ve tried all these meal plans, learned the good and the bad, and am now sharing what I’ve learned with you so you can find the best plan that works for you.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Tiffany Kail (my friends call me Tiff). I’m a personal trainer, certified yoga instructor, and certified health coach. Most importantly, I’m a mom.

At work I saw clients over and over fail to achieve their goals – fitness, weight loss, whatever – over and and over again. At home I knew how to eat healthy but struggled to find the time to plan ahead and come up with a good answer to the nightly question, “What’s for dinner?” I knew I had to find something that could help my clients and me.

Counting calories wasn’t it!

I’ve never seen anyone adopt lifelong healthy lifestyle habits based on forced calorie counting. It’s just too hard, no one remembers, and who has the time. It’s not a fun way to eat, or live.

That’s why I love the clean eating approach. It’s not a diet. It’s a lifestyle. Avoid garbage, focus on nutrient dense food, and you can’t help but achieve your goals.
